I have an Arlo Q camera bought in 2018. Seems its feature of 7 days free rolling cloud storage disappeared. The event trigged email says the video is only available for 24 hrs. However, based on the link below the legacy models still get the 7 days free rolling cloud storage. I wonder what happened?
