Arlo Q does no longer blink blue after reset

All of a sudden my Arlo Q camera went offline. I have tried to reconnect it but the camera never blinks blue. I have tried to reset it but still : I can never get the camera to blink blue. It blinks orange but when I press the "sync" button for 15 sec, the orange blinking stops but I do not get any other blinking. After 2'30", the camera makes a noise and starts blinking orange again.
Am I doing something wrong ? 
Has someone experienced the same issue ?
How can I resolve it ?

You could try a different USB charger but I suspect the camera is now dead.
