Between around for a period of 2 hours, no videos were in the library. The camera's pair showed there should have been recorded movement. The mode had been disarmed in for that time period but NOT by me- the only user- I have not given anyone access, but have been dealing with a hacking problem. Has anyone had anything similar and how was it resolved?!

If there is any hacking it is thru the account... change your password and use a strong version to prevent access.

Password has been changed and the same thing has happened again. Camera has been set to disabled and NOT by me- officially the only user!

It may simply be the system is confused. Note your settings and modes/rules/schedule and reset by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. See if the issue remains.
Edit: Oops - Q camera, no base. Still, reset and sync the camera again.
