Arlo Q device is not connecting to Apple device but works on Android phone

I am using Macbook or iphone, device Arlo Q is not being detected. However, if I use android phone, its working. Why is that the case? Please help me troubleshoot.

Hi @A_G,

 

To set up the Arlo Q, you can only set it up with a mobile device using the Arlo app.
