Arlo Q cannot finish setup

totally lost        first, what is the customer support number   second,entered network name and password off my router and did the scan screen with arlo q off my computer screen, so that's where I am   it said couldn't make connection  third, so no hint what to do next    anyone else out there?    if you are thinking about buying this thing, think again

Like virtually any product website, you can use the Support links for help.  It's at the top of every page here.  From there you can contact support with various options as well as find FAQs and manuals such as this one for the Q:

As for you initial connection, the usual problem is that the SSID and/or passphrase has characters not recognized by the Q firmware. Check the FAQs for the one about special characters.  It's also possible that you're not using a supported encryption method - WPA2 works fine but WPA does not.
