Arlo Q can't discovering device, but camera light is solid blue

My Arlo Q camera can't apparently be discovered (discovering device takes forever), but camera light is solid blue. This means that the camera is powered on and it is connected to Arlo servers, so shouldn't I be able to see my camera image on my PC when connecting to my Arlo account?

Try and do a factory reset on the Q  ( hold reset for about ten sec till front led flashes ) and then resync again...

 

Also try another browser like Fire Fox
