Arlo Q Won’t Connect To App. Showing "Discovering your device" and changes to amber light

Just bought an Arlo Q camera and every time I try to get it to connect with my 'phone I just get message "discovering your device please wait" thern buzzes and blue light changes to amber. What is wrong? Feel like sending it back even though I had planned to get another 2. Help!!

Have you pressed the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber? Let it reboot and try again. Sometimes use of a computer browser works better.
