Arlo Q Will not sync

The process get completed to scanning the code and starts the process of connecting, but times out and give a buzz sound. My pass phrase is only alpha and numerical characters i.e. 6y2m4.... etc.

Try and do a reset on the Q then attempt a re-sync.

 

Hold in the reset button ( about 10 sec ) untill the front LED flashes amber
