Recently my ArloQ (wired power, wifi) stopped recording video. It senses motion and creates a video file, but when viewed on the iOS app, the video is a static image for its entire duration. Yesterday, I removed the camera from my devices, did a hard reset and re-added it through the application. That seemed to fix the problem for a few hours, but this afternoon, it stopped being able to record moving video again. Are there settings I should check or is this a lemon that I need to return?

I also have a 3 camera Arlo Pro wireless system installed if that matters.

Have you 1) downloaded the video to see if any difference 2) try it on a PC with browser at https://arlo.netgear.com/

this would help find where the problem is ... arlo system or phone

Thanks, I tried downloading the video as well as playing it from the web portal. In both cases, the video consists of a static image. I tried unplugging and replugging the ArloQ (instead of removing the device) and that seems to have helped for now.
