Hi,

I'm having playback issues with video from the SD card. These mp4 files seem to have proper size and yet no video player that I have can playback properly. They only show the first frame and the timeline always indicates that they're 13:15:22 long, which is impossible. These are short clips less than a minute long. I've tried android devices and various windows media players and they all show the same thing. Does anyone have this issue lately?

Have you formated the card ? under what format?

Also the size and speed? It require a class 10 card.

What I also would do is factory reset the camera, then resync

It's a Samsung Evo+ class 10 64GB SDHC. It's been formatted by the Arlo app before recording. It's strange that all the video are only about 200KB in size. Not sure if they actually contain information other than the first frame.

I haven't tried resetting the camera. Gonna try that tonight.

nanoma,

I have tested this and was able to view videos reocorded to the SD card without issue. Are you seeing the same behavior after performing a factory reset?
