So I just bought the Camera today, all works great except the Mic

Am trying to speak from my Phone (Android -7.0), and Tried using my Computer (Using Chrome Browser 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)) but it's not working.

I keep getting Please Wait...

Only once said (Faild To Connect, click on text to retry) using my phone

 

Camera Info:

HW Version VMC3040r6
Firmware 1.7.4_5517

The firmware you referenced is outdated. Take a look here for current firmware versions: Firmware Release Notes

 

After updating to the latest firmware, are you still experiencing the issue?

Browser may be the issue,,, I would try ,if able,  Fire Fox , then IE >10
