I have 2 arlo Q wired camers and 3 wireless attached to my system.  One of the Q wired ones started flashing all colors (blue/amber/purple) all the time.  I have unplugged it, I have hit the reset button, and I have removed the device.  Now when I try to add the device back on, I cannot get to the blinking amber light.  They all blink constantly.  Any ideas??

Reset requires holding the reset button for about 10 secs til the led flashes amber ...did you hold it in for the required time ?

I did.  It acted like it was rebooting/reseting, but then went back to all lights flashing before I could try to connect it.
