Hi,

 

I currently use Arlo Q cameras and receive notificatiins using the Android App. Hoever I receive duplicate notifications whether using my tablet or phone when motion or audio is triggered.

 

How can I avoid duplicate notificaitons received on each of my mobile devices?

I'd start by rebooting the phone/tablet and reinstalling the app. I haven't seen this so don't have a specific suggestion.

Do you have the new Arlo app installed in addition to the Legacy App? If so, uninstall the Legacy app and that should resolve the issue.
