Arlo Q Doesn't Get Recognized

I had a case support oppend with them during the warranty but they didn't exchange the camera. I had other things to do and now that I have the time to try again, the warranty is over and they are saying that they can't do anything.

And, if a few months, why do you think the warranty is out, which is 1 year?

 

Maybe if you told us what was going o, you can actually use it without replacing it.
