Conspicuous in it's absence, I haven't seen or heard an actual statement in the new Arlo Q camera's FAQ, videos, or webpages that this new AC-only camera slated for release in January will work or be compatible with our existing battery-powered Arlo camera systems.  I would have to think it would, but wonder why all literature specifically omits this very important piece of information every current system owner would like to know.

May I ask an Arlo representative to please provide a definitive "yes" or "no" answer?   Thanks!

Thanks Tom.  While the article didn't answer my question I appreciate any new third-party articles, etc.

I also wonder how the new (at least) 7-days' recording will interface for monitoring purposes with our present systems, contingent on (see original question above) it being compatible in the first place...

OH.  Well your last link (to the FAQ) DOES answer my question specifically (in the affirmative).  I guess I didn't search very hard.

Thanks much forr that and taking the load off some of the Arlo folks (from answering every lazy, whiny, why-can't-I-find...?/boo-hoo customer like me).
