I purchased the two camera package and only one of the cameras works. I've tried re-setting one of the cameras several times but it never connects. Who can I contact for assistance?

Did you do a full reset ( hold in the reset for 10 sec till the led flashes amber ) ?
Unplug from ac, take off feet and turn off battery switch ( green is on ).
wait 10 secs
Turn back on and replug in
do a reset
attempt to sync as if new

sorry with above, was working on an Arlo Baby at the answer time ( brain fart here )...there is no battery in the Q
If you have tried the full reset AND it was working before, the only other thig would be to contact Netgear Support
