Hi,
I have 2 Arlo Q. I use mainly for motion detection and receive notifications (both on phone and email). If I buy CVR plan (24/7 recording), will I still be able to use motion detection and recevie alerts at the same time? How these 2 work together?
Thanks,

No problem. CVR is separate from motion recordings. The Q actually stream the whole time - CVR gives you access to that stream. The stream is why you can see what happens just before you see what caused the recording to occur. The only issue is that CVR deletes that 3 second lookback, ostensibly because you can use CVR to see that. It's a design consideration I disagree with.
