I have an Arlo Q setup to start recording on both motion and audio triggers. When viewing the recordings on my computer, the both playback fine. When I am using the Arlo app on my Galaxy S7 Edge, the motion triggered videos playback fine, but there is a problem with the audio triggered recordings. When playing the audio triggered recordings, the audio plays back first, with no video and then the video plays back with no audio. On the computer, the same video play back fine. Is this a known problem?

wbdavisjr,
This sounds like it could be an issue with the player on your Android device. Try downloading VLC player (free from the Android Market) and see if you get the same behavior.
