Arlo Q. 1080p but camera shows 720p

Hi.
Why does my new Arlo Q camera show the video resolution as 720p when on the box it's supposed to be 1080p?

It defaults to 720... but if you would look in the settings/video settings.... you can pick 360 to 1080 rez
