Arlo Android app

When starting Arlo Android app I get "recover token failed" and must apply password from time to time. Why?

Could be an old OS issue. I'm not sure how far back is supported.

TBOMK, it requires OS 4.1 or better.  My old LG phone was 4.4.2 and worked

I would un - install and re- install the app.
