One of my Arlo Q cameras went offline. Now it will not reset.
I've tried removing power and removing the camera. When I plug it back in I only get a solid amber light and the reset button has no effect.

chardee05,
Are you holding the reset button down long enough? Hold the reset button until you hear a "click" and the camera should reboot. You may have to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds before the reset initiates. Afterwards, you should be able to log in to your account and click "Add Device" to start the claiming process.
