As the title suggests, my Arlo Q is stuck with the message "GETTING STATUS" both on iPadOS and Android. It detects motion, it does the recordings, but can't get the live preview. Already tried to restart the camera, the Android phone, but no changes to the issue.
Should I do a Hard Reset on the camera? I'm afraid if I do I might not even to be able to add to my account again.
Please advise.

I would think the issue isn't in the camera but something else. Have you tried both WiFi and cell service? Any difference?
