Can't connect to the app

What should be the problem?

Read this - a reset may help:

Make sure you're typing in the WiFi's SSID and password correctly. If there are some odd characters in either, that can be an issue. Also, be sure the router's WiFi is set to use WPA2 (AES) encryption.
