ARLO APP turns off in the middle of the night

HI,

Was wonering if anyone else has this problem, while the ARLO app is on, it turns itself off in the middle of the night.  We use the ARlo Q to live stream the kids room and the live feed won't stay on all night.  We have Iphone 7s.  ANy help would be appreciated

That is something you may not be able to change... Most of the other Arlos time out in 30 mins due to they are battery powered.

The Qs were tested in the past for a few hours and that worked but I don't think it was tested as long as your trying to run.

Also there may be a time out on the phone , Not sure ( unless its plugged in on ac ).

The only thing I can recommend is to check the display time settings on the phone.

No ...I meant the phone plugged in all the time at night... I know my S7 can time out with some apps, esp if not using the screen ( touching to keep awake)
