2 different products - neither will synch

I have 2 different products that used to work - and now I can’t synch to my app on my phone. I also can’t get Arlo support - I was on hold for an hour and jumped from # 47 to # 42. Very frustrating. What am I doing wrong? Help! Thanks!

First, realize you don't sync to the app. You just use the app to connect to your account on the servers.

 

Regardless, what have you tried? What do you see? Have you removed the devices from Settings, My Devices and held the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber? Are you on your home WiFi? Are you using a VPN? All details help.
