No way I know of.  The web ui will time out long before then.  FWIW, several folks with CVR have requested the ability to download video from a start/stop time.  But so far Arlo hasn't provided that feature.

You could try recording the PC screen while viewing the footage, but you would need to piece together several segments to get the full 12 hours (or just give the owner multiple smaller videos).  There are several tools that could do this.

Not sure why the owner would need a 12 hour continuous video though.  Very unlikely they would actually watch it all.  Even if you could do it, a 12 hour video would be a rather large file (likely 5 gigabytes or so).  So perhaps work out a more practical plan.  Maybe offer meet with the owner, and show video from the app or a PC browser???

With respect to Arlo.

If it's imperative that you need a full 12hr recording then investigate a Kasa KC105.

That has a SDCard slot for recording.

Investigate first as it may not record continuously or may require a trigger, I've not used the slot, just use it for streaming.

A neighboor complain about a lot of noise at 3am the 30th may, telling the owner I was the source of the noise, but I was sleeping. So to proove my innocence I want to give them a video from 10pm to 8am, to proove there was no noise at all.
The neighboor seems to be the kind to complain about everything and nothing, and a lot of people seems to have quit in the past because of that neighboor...
I just upgrade my CVR plan from 14day to 30 days, to give me time to record the video from my web browser...
Thank you.

Zoom can help.

1. Start a Zoom meeting on your computer

2. Log in my.arlo.com from your browser

3. Play the CVR video from your desired starting time

4. Share screen for your Zoom meeting

5. Start cloud/local recording for your Zoom meeting

6. Stop recording when it reaches your desired end time

I have a Zoom subscription and was successful in recording 6-8 hours once. Not sure about free account and 12 hours though.

@Grand_M - there are other tools that will capture and record the screen too - just google that.  Zoom might be simpler though.  Make sure that the screen share settings include sharing the PC audio.  Also mute the local microphone, to prevent any mixing of room audio into the recording.

I suggest making a short test recording, to make sure this is giving you what you need.  Then go for the 12 hour recording.

You might need a paid zoom account.
