Hello,
I bought an Arlo Q Plus about a month ago.
Since a couple of weeks, two problems have appeared :
- the sound disappears almost every day and I have each time to restart the camera to get it back.
- I still get the notifications on my smartphone when an alarm occurs (movement, sound), but no sequence is recorded.
I have updated the camera firmware to the latest version, but it didn't solve anything.
I have looked in the community and saw that such issues have appeared in the past, but I haven't found any satisfactory solution. It is quite disappointing that such problems still exist, especially since this is an expensive camera.
Any help will be appreciated.
