Recover last video

My camera was stolen off of my front door and I was wondering how to recover the last video before it was taken I was told that even when the camera is offline it continue to record. If that is true could you please inform me or instruct me how to recover the last video dated September 21st

The last video as the camera was being stolen should be available, Unfortunately, once removed from your property the connection to your hub or router will prevent more videos from being recorded.
