LOST VIDEO. From October 1st to 15th

I had some vandalism to my property by the time I noticed it that week was not reviewable there was no video that I could retrieve Is there a way that I can review these to catch the corporate in action for vandalism

I guess you are on the free or Basic Plan.... storage is 7 days.

Sorry but there is not much to be done anymore... In the past, if you upgraded to the next level ( 30 days ) users would get back the old videos ( to the 30 days ) .

Last couple of times it was tried, it didn't work.... but if real important, it may be worth to try for one month ( $10)

Also since you stated the Q Plus, were you running a mem card ?
