Incorrect time zone of library recordings

Both my Arlo Q Plus POE has the wrong time stamp for all recordings in the library. They are an hour later, which is UTC +03:00. Although I have set both devices' time zone to UTC +02:00 Cairo. I have also tried restarting the devices with no success.
Please advise how to fix this issue?

Hello,
I have just realised something very weird.
The time stamp is correct on my mobile but wrong on the web. So basically Arlo's app from AppStore on Android has the correct time but https://arlo.netgear.com/ on the web has the wrong time for videos in the library.
