I thought I had set up my q plus to connect via POE, but the app shows a little 'wifi' symbol on the camera view page
So it's possible I set it up via wifi by mistake
Anyway, what do I need to do to convert it to a POE connection?
I already have it plugged into my POE switch via the adapter and that's how it's getting power - I just think it's not actually getting internet via the switch but rather it's getting internet over wifi
So, I just need to convert it from wifi to POE
What do I need to do? I can't find a setting to change the connection type
Thank you

I don't have a Q+ but I would assume that removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and setting it up again would resolve this.

I tried that but it didn't work
It seems I'm able to setup using wifi, but it won't find the devices when trying to use POE or ethernet
I've confirmed that my internet connection is working, that my router is working, that my POE switch is working and the ports on the switch I'm trying to use are working
I have a few other non-Arlo cams connected to the POE switch that work fine
Just can't get these Arlos to connect with ethernet/POE
Frustrating...
