Geofencing does not trigger all cameras

Hi, 

 

I have 5 Arlo Q Plus devices placed around the home, 2 permanently on and 3 set to activate via geofence when I am away.  The weird thing is that two of the three cameras trigger with geofencing fine and work well.  The last camera simply does not care whether I am home or not.  It's really strange because the settings are identical for all three.  I have removed and added the last camera multiple times, defined and redefined geofencing, added/removed the "enabled mobile device" (I have only one device, my iPhone XR).  What is going on here?!
