Where can I find a direct link for the latest version of the Arlo base station firmware?  Thanks in advance for your assistance!

That's really old firmware. The URL also includes "experimental" which wouldn't be a good thing anyways.

Besides, there's no way to use that file since you have no access to the base to be able to install it. The base and cameras all update automatically overnight.
