Constant recording arlo q plus

I purchased an arlo q plus thinking I would be able to record 24/7 but it seems not to work. Any ideas thanks in advance

Arlo Q and Arlo Q Plus cameras can record all the action 24/7 so you can rewind any camera to any minute of any day and catch everything you missed. We call this feature continuous video recording (CVR), and it is available when you purchase an optional CVR plan.
