Connecting

I bought two cameras. I have tried connecting them with my Iphone and IPad. It seems there is a lot of discussion on the boards about this issue but in the end both cameras are failing to sync or connect with either device. I have reset both to factory settings with the same outcome.

the most common problem with failure to sync the Q to your wifi is if your SSID/password contain special characters and or spaces

( not to mention just entry wrong )

And case matters for both SSID and passphrase. Don't use WEP.
