Cannot reconnect/add two Cameras

I have two cameras for some months. One was powered down and does not want to reconnect. Removed the device. No luck. Made a wired connection. No luck. Blue light -qrcode - chime - 4 buzzing tones ta-ta-ta-ta.

Reinstalled app. Looked under settings. Removed the other working camera also. Now this one does the same thing. Blue led - Qrcode recognized (there is a chime) but immediately it goes amber blinking ta-ta-ta-ta.

I already sent one defect camera back in the beginning. It did not start at all. Only amber blinking all the time.

So what to do next? Any ideas anyone? Spent a couple of hours trying all possible likely things. Resetting router. Resetting the cameras. Reconnected wired and wireless. I am running out of options...
