Can't Connect Arlo Q Cameras

so i had to remove all three of my arlo Q+ cameras because all of them stopped sensing motion and i was not getting motion activated recordings anymore. ive done everything i could think of even called the pethic CS and did what they told me to do as well. Seems everything when to pot with the last updates (i got 8 arlo pros and 2 arlo pro 2, and 3 Arlo Q+) all cameras have not been right n some way or another.

In the set up (when adding a new device) i get all the way to where i hit the scyn button and the light flashes blue and then after that it cant find decrect my camera and the camera makes a one time beep and thats it) whats going on

Have you tried this setup on the Mobile App or the web portal?
