CVR recording to SD card on Arlo Q Plus

I have searched high and low to find this answer. Hopefully, someone can update me on this.

On the Arlo Q plus, I understand that the CVR function can be sent to the cloud with a subscription. 

If desired, can the SD card be used for the CVR function. Based on the size of the card, a quick calculation reveals over 24 hours with one could easily record 24 hours with a 128gb card.

So, is it possible to use the SD card on a single camera for 24 hour CVR without the cloud.

I don't have a Q+ but it's my understanding that only recordings are saved on the SD card.  Maybe a future update?

Wondering the same. Have Zmodo camera and it does store CVR on microsd card with alert marks on timeline whenever motion or sound triggered. Zmodo cost is fraction of ArloQ+. Granted, Zmodo gives 1 day free cloud. So why Netgear doesn't let us use microSD for CVR on high end ArloQ+ ???

For sure CVR would fill up an SD card quickly. I recorded a live view once for an hour which was well over 1GB. Now expand that to a day olra week or...
