Arlo Q plus standard Plan stops recording if 1 GB reached

We are running 1 arlo plus q, which ist recording motion based.

From time to time the recording is stopped. Then we have to delete some older videos and recoding starts again.

I think the 1 GB limit is reached.

Is it possible to define an override mode. We are not interested in videos older than 3 days.

Even if i book a greater Plan, the problem is, that at reaching the limit, recoding stops for us.

What to do?

Any idea ?

How many recordings are in your library? Are you sure you're reaching the limit?

Are you still able to produce a manual recording when you see this behavior?

I think we have about 250 files a day and the system starts to get problems after 2.5 days.

Never tried manual recording, don't know how to.

But the amount of data we calculated is about 1 GB
