Arlo Q Plus went offline so deleted device but now can't add the device back.

My camera will no longer connect to the app. It was having problems with being offline so I deleted the device and now can’t add the device back. I have tried resetting it , plugging in again, on wifi and by Ethernet. Nothing is working. Once re-plug in the arlo it goes to solid orange light then goes to purple and the is not responsive. What are some fixes for this?

Hi Ashep,

 

If you already removed your Arlo Q Plus from your account, you might need to do a factory reset. To do a factory reset, hold the reset button on the side of your Arlo Q for about 10 seconds and you'll hear a click and the front LED will flash. From there, try to sync the camera again.

 

Also make sure that your Ethernet cable is working properly and is getting Internet access.
