Arlo Q Plus - unable to accept guest invitation

I have an Arlo Q Plus in my home. 

My father recently bought one also and set it up in his house. He is trying to grant me access to view his camera. I receive the email but when I click on the link, it shows the Arlo logo with "Loading..." underneath. And nothing happens. We are both using android (phones) and windows (pc). 

Can anyone please help?
