Arlo Q Plus stopped recording. Tried hard restart. How to request a return RMA?

My Arlo Q Plus is hopeless. Stops recording at will 1 or 2 days a week until hard restart done, totally unreliable as a security camera. 

I have followed 'supports' instructions to try fix it, but it hasn't done. I have requested via support email to return the product (under 1 year old) but no reply of course.

You need to work with support to get an RMA done.  Mods here might be able to escalate. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
