I bought my Arlo Q Plus camera from MWave online store less than 3 weeks ago. I have been using it and everything was working fine. Today i noticed that the blue light is no longer on and when i logon to the apps, the camera was no longer sync. I tried to re-sync and press the sync button from the camera but the blue light does not come up. There is no light. Seems that the camera no longer work.  What is wrong? How do i fixed it? It should be under warranty since i just bought the camera.

It could be a bad camera or a bad power supply. A loose cable at either the camera or supply end could cause this, too.  You can try a different cable and power supply as long as the supply will provide ~2A.  If you determine, something is defective, you can swap at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.  The warranty is for one year.

Guru, thanks for your prompt response and advice. I will get a new cable and power supply to troubleshoot further.
