Arlo Q Plus PoE problem sound

Hi, since buying a CVR plan, the camera does not record well, it records without sound. I have tried restarting and it still does not work. It's very frustrating.

Consider a factory reset and try again to see if you're still getting the same results. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your Arlo Q Plus > Remove Device. After the device has been removed, log into your Arlo account and click "Add Device", follow the on screen prompts to reclaim your Arlo Q Plus.

 

Note: Removing your Arlo Q Plus will erase all current CVR history.
