Arlo Q Plus Motion no longer works - has video

The camera shows video but it's Very delayed and I have Optical Internet able to stream 4K video easily on wifi and this is a Direct Connection with Ethernet.

 

The unit no longer detects motion.  The rectangular areas limiting motion are correct.

 

I did reboot the unit (which was supposed to update the firmware).

 

there is No option in the IOS 15.3.1 app that I can see to update firmware or even Verify the firmware version.

 

How do I resolve this?

Have you tried to perform a factory reset on the camera?
