Hi
i have just set up my Arlo Q Plus. I have turned on the microphone and speaker and set the sensitivity to the highest level for the sound triggers. However, when I go to the live view, the sound is barely audible. I am using as a baby monitor and I have had my baby crying quite loudly with the camera less than a metre away, and I have to hold my phone to my ear to barley hear a sound. There does seem to be consistent white noise interference however.
The speaker works fine, although the volume is pretty low. I would need to talk/yell into my phone to be heard from more than a metre away
Any my help would be appreciated.

From your description it sounds like your mobile devices volume is turned down. Be sure media volume is turned up on your mobile device and try again.
