I am attempting to set up my camera and I have been unable to find the camera on my network thru the web app. The network cable is a working cable that I am connecting to the camera.

The only error message would be that the web app times out and states that it cannot find the device. I have tried the reset once already. It is my work network, I may take it home and see if there is any difference on my home network.

The work network may well be the problem. Let us know how it goes at home.

How do you reset the Q Plus? I don't see a reset button. All i see is a small hole just about the LED on the front. I've tried sticking a paper clip in there but I've never heard the camera "click".
When I first plug my camera in it grabs an IP from my network. But the software is never able to discover the device.

Make sure your phone or computer is on the same network (I.e. your home network). Cell service can't be used to set up Arlo.

Actually, it turns out the reset button (hole) is on the side by the SD card slot. Where is actually says "Reset". 🙂
However, after doing a reset, I start the wireless setup and get to the point where i point the camera at the barcode and the camera chimes. After that it still can't discover the camera.

When you reset the camera, did you wait for the click and LED flash?
If nothing else works, swap the camera at the store or open a case with support.
