Arlo App won't let me choose Arlo Q Plus as a device

I have been using the ARLO q plus for almost to years. I purchased the ARLO pro 3 and had to delete my existing account to download current ARLO app. The new cameras work fine, but when I tried to add the ARLO q plus as a mnemonic device, that came a is not an option.
I have another email email account and tried to attach the ARLO plus to that account, but again the ARLO q plus is not an option. Is the camera no longer supported?

I don't have a Q+ but my even older Q is supported and working fine.
Why did you have to delete your existing account? Downloading of the app has no bearing on app downloads - you don't even have to have an account to do so.
In the app, when adding a new devices, I find the Q cameras in Cameras, Others, Q/Q+. It's still there.
