Adding a flood light to an existing installation

I have two Arlo installations, one with aVMB3500r4 base station and the other with a VMB 4000r3 base station.  I want to add a flood light/camera at the location that currently has the VMB3500r4 base station, can I switch the base station locations so I can install the floodlight/camera there?
