where did my status icons go after update? arlo pro

prior to 102018 update my status icons apeared in the camera image.. i could tell if motion detection was on, etc.

now that is nowhere to be found?

Is there a way to get it back ?

I am also missing these icons, they were quite helpful from the devices screen and I feel should be put back. Only way to see them at the moment is to press on the 3 dots and then devices setting. Has to be done on each camera separately though now, bonkers!

I also miss the number of recorded videos, or in particular "0". This was a good way to quickly get to the library for that camera.

Update is a major step backwards for me from what was actually quite good as it was!!!

I go to the 3 dots and i still don't see the motion icon figure?  How do i see if the camera is activated for motion detection?

Check your modes/schedule. Whatever caameras are in the selected mode will be recording.
